Meet our CEO
Dr. Tammy Vargas Warner is a Latina, higher education leader, board certified executive coach, master facilitator, strategic consultant, speaker, and author with over 25 years of leadership experience in education, higher education, health, business, and performing arts. Dr. Warner has held a variety of roles and positions all focused on delivering quality programs, services, experiences, and outcomes for multiple stakeholders that include individuals, for profit businesses, non-profit institutions, and government agencies. Dr. Warner has a track record of success as a leader in higher education, a multi million dollar fundraiser, a convener, a facilitator, and a thought partner.
Dr. Warner earned a Ph. D. in Higher Education from the University of Massachusetts at Boston, along with a B.S. and M.S. in Human Development from the University of Rhode Island. Dr. Warner was certified as an Executive Leadership Coach by the Center for Executive Coaching, and earned her board certification through the Center for Credentialing and Education. She is also certified in 360 Assessments through the Center for Creative Leadership.

Jailene M. Colón , Research Associate
Jailene joins Distinctive Success Solutions as a Research Associate bringing academic and professional experience in the legal and policy fields at both the state and federal levels of government in Rhode Island. Passionate about improving the U.S. education system and advancing policymaking, Jailene draws inspiration from her educators and her immigrant family, who came to the United States from the Dominican Republic. Bilingual and fluent in Spanish, she proudly represents first-generation Afro-Latinos. Jailene graduated cum laude from Suffolk University in Boston, Massachusetts with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science and Legal Studies.
