Meet our CEO
Dr. Tammy Vargas Warner is a Latina, higher education leader, board certified executive coach, master facilitator, strategic consultant, speaker, and author with over 25 years of leadership experience in education, higher education, health, business, and performing arts. Dr. Warner has held a variety of roles and positions all focused on delivering quality programs, services, experiences, and outcomes for multiple stakeholders that include individuals, for profit businesses, non-profit institutions, and government agencies. Dr. Warner has a track record of success as a leader in higher education, a multi million dollar fundraiser, a convener, a facilitator, and a thought partner.
Dr. Warner earned a Ph. D. in Higher Education from the University of Massachusetts at Boston, along with a B.S. and M.S. in Human Development from the University of Rhode Island. Dr. Warner was certified as an Executive Leadership Coach by the Center for Executive Coaching.
