Dr. Tammy Vargas W. is a Latina, higher education leader, board certified executive coach, master facilitator, strategic consultant, speaker, and author with over 25 years of leadership experience in education, higher education, health, business, and performing arts. Dr. Warner has held a variety of roles and positions all focused on delivering quality programs, services, experiences, and outcomes for multiple stakeholders that include individuals, for profit businesses, non-profit institutions, and government agencies. Dr. Warner has a track record of success as a leader in higher education, a multi million dollar fundraiser, a convener, a facilitator, and a thought partner.
Tammy earned a Ph. D. in Higher Education from the University of Massachusetts at Boston, along with a B.S. and M.S. in Human Development from the University of Rhode Island. Dr. Warner was certified as an Executive Leadership Coach by the Center for Executive Coaching, and earned her board certification through the Center for Credentialing and Education. She is also certified in 360 Assessments through the Center for Creative Leadership.


Dr. Felicia Vinces is an educational leader, consultant, and improvement science practitioner with experience supporting schools in strengthening teaching, learning, and organizational systems. Her work helps educators design systems that elevate teaching, strengthen student learning, and build organizational coherence. Felicia specializes in guiding teams through structured inquiry cycles, data-driven decision making, and high-impact professional development. Across her career, Felicia has designed and led professional learning, coached educational practitioners, implemented data-driven progress monitoring systems, and guided organizations through transformational change. She specializes in helping organizations define clear aims, test change ideas, interpret data meaningfully, and build the collaborative structures needed to sustain improvement.

With more than 15 years of experience supporting complex projects, managing administrative operations, coordinating stakeholder communications, and overseeing financial and contract processes, Diana Vargas brings exceptional organization, attention to detail, and customer service expertise to every engagement. Her background includes project coordination, operations management, billing and financial administration, recruitment and onboarding, and client account support across multiple industries. Her commitment to efficiency, responsiveness, and seamless execution helps ensure a high-quality experience for clients and project partners alike.
