Over six months, participants engage in:

- Practical governance tools, templates, and implementation resources
Throughout the program, participants identify a governance challenge or board improvement opportunity and apply their learning to strengthen board effectiveness.
The program is designed for busy board members and organizational leaders. Participants should anticipate a time commitment of approximately 3–5 hours per month.
