The Impact Through Influence Leadership Accelerator combines leadership development, coaching, peer learning, reflection, and practical application.


Over six months, participants engage in:

  • Monthly leadership experiments 
  • Reflection and application activities 
  • Peer networking and collaborative learning 
  • Access to the Leadership Accelerator Resource Portal 
  • Leadership tools, templates, and assessments 
  • Development of an Influence and Impact Portfolio 


Throughout the program participants apply their learning to a real workplace challenge, project, initiative, or leadership opportunity.

  

The program is designed to integrate directly into participants' existing leadership responsibilities. Participants should anticipate a time commitment of approximately 4–6 hours per month.
