The School Leadership Immersive is a six-month professional learning experience -   

powered by the ALIGN Framework™ - designed to help school and district leaders strengthen their leadership practice, build organizational capacity, and improve outcomes for students, staff, and communities. Through leadership development, practical application, reflection, and peer learning, participants develop the knowledge, skills, and strategies needed to lead collaboratively and effectively in today's complex educational environments.

The School Leadership Immersive combines leadership development, practical application, peer collaboration, and coaching-inspired reflection. 


Throughout the program, participants identify a meaningful school or leadership challenge and apply the concepts learned to make measurable progress toward improvement. The program is intentionally designed for busy professionals. Participants should anticipate a time commitment of approximately 3–5 hours per month, including:


  • One 90-minute immersive learning session 
  • Reflection and application activities 
  • Implementation of improvement strategies within their school or district 
  • Optional peer collaboration and networking opportunities 


The emphasis is on meaningful application and measurable impact, not busy work.
