The School Leadership Immersive combines leadership development, practical application, peer collaboration, and coaching-inspired reflection.
Throughout the program, participants identify a meaningful school or leadership challenge and apply the concepts learned to make measurable progress toward improvement. The program is intentionally designed for busy professionals. Participants should anticipate a time commitment of approximately 3–5 hours per month, including:
- One 90-minute immersive learning session
- Reflection and application activities
- Implementation of improvement strategies within their school or district
- Optional peer collaboration and networking opportunities
The emphasis is on meaningful application and measurable impact, not busy work.
